Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Pinnacle Protection Enterprises, we know that the continuity of your supply chain is critical. Our fulfillment operations in Selby, Johannesburg, are optimized for rapid, accurate dispatch, partnering exclusively with The Courier Guy to ensure full traceability of your hygiene and safety consumables.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Cut-Offs

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). To ensure your operational requirements are met swiftly, please note our strict daily dispatch cut-off times:

• Gauteng Local Overnight & Economy Dispatch: Orders and confirmed payments must be received by 14:00 SAST.
• National Overnight Express Dispatch: Orders and confirmed payments must be received by 14:30 SAST.

Orders placed after these times, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
 

2. Delivery Timeframes & Zones

Transit times commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

• Gauteng (Local): 1-2 Business Day.
• National Major Centres (Economy Road): 2–4 Business Days (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, etc.).
• National Regional & Outlying Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 Business Days on top of standard transit times.
  

 
3. Order Tracking

Full visibility is provided on every shipment. Once your order has been picked and way-billed at our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your invoice and a unique tracking PIN.

• You can track your delivery in real-time via The Courier Guy’s tracking portal.

 
4. Receiving Your Goods

Upon delivery, all shipments require a signature. Please ensure an authorized representative is available at your receiving bay or delivery address.

• Bulk Deliveries: For high-volume wholesale orders, please ensure your receiving area can accommodate heavy road freight vehicles.
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will re-attempt delivery. Repeated failures may result in the goods being returned to our facility, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

 
5. Damages, Shortages, and Claims

We utilize premium packaging to protect the integrity of our PPE, but transit damages occasionally occur.

• Inspection: Please inspect all outer packaging before signing the courier waybill. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you must endorse the waybill as “Received Damaged” before signing.
• Reporting: Any damages or shortages must be reported to our Customer Service team at info@pinnacleppe.com within 48 hours of receipt.
• Evidence: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging.

 

6. Special Deliveries & Surcharges

• Volumetric Billing: Shipping rates for bulky items are calculated based on the greater of the physical weight or the volumetric weight.
• Remote & High-Risk Areas: Deliveries to mines, power stations, remote hospitals, plots, farms, and embassies carry a mandatory remote area surcharge as dictated by our logistics partners. This will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code.
